This program contains 6 Learning Modules and an overview of how to use the program. You’ll also have weekly group coaching calls that focus on themes found in each week’s learning modules followed by Q&A sessions where you can ask whatever questions you may have.

Weekly Coaching and Q&A Calls

✨ Weekly group coaching sessions offer deeper insight into specific aspects found in the lessons of that week.

✨ Weekly group Q&A sessions immediately follow the coaching. These sessions support you as you move through the BodyMind IntelliSense content.

✨ Coaching and Q&A sessions will be recorded so you can refer back to them or in case you miss them. These recordings are available until one month after the 12 weeks wrap up. 

✨ Weekly live qigong and Taoist meditation class to help you stay flexible in body, mind, and spirit.

Twenty-Four Month Access

The first coaching call—to kick off the program—will be on June 4th. The last coaching callto wrap up the program—will be on August 27th. Sessions will be recorded so you can access them if you miss the live session. To provide privacy for the current cohort, these recordings will be available for two months after the 12-week cycle is complete. The Facebook group will stay open to all cohorts.

What if life gets busy, and you can’t make all the calls? No problem! Though we’ll go through the program together in 12 weeks, you’ll have twenty-four-month access to the modules so you can refer back to the lessons and information as you wish. And you can always ask questions in the Facebook group.

A little bit about me…

I first discovered qigong and compassion meditation in the early 1990s through a teacher who combines Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism.

Within meditation, he also taught how to integrate stillness with the natural movement of internal energy (qi) as an effective method for transforming physical, mental, and emotional challenges.

The transformation in my life over two decades of practicing this style of meditation is profound. I look forward to sharing some of what I’ve learned with you. 

In addition to teaching qigong and compassion meditation, I authored the Amazon #1 Bestseller Cultivating Compassion: Simple Everyday Practices for Discovering Peace of Mind and Resilience, lead international Spiritual Tours and am a popular teacher on the meditation app Insight Timer.
