1. The Deep Dive (6-Week Transformation) Best for: Breaking chronic patterns or learning meditation from scratch. We commit to six weeks of instruction, discussion, and practical technique.

  • Investment: $750

  • Includes: 6 x 55-minute Zoom or in-person sessions + Email support + Curated somatic homework.

2. The Tune-Up (Single Session) Best for: Navigating a specific challenge or refreshing your practice.

  • Investment: $150 per session (55 minutes).

What to expect:

Confidentiality: A completely safe container for your truth.

Customization: No cookie-cutter scripts. I use my intuition and training to meet your stated needs.

Practicality: You will leave with “real-world” informal practices to use during your workday.
