Qigong for Holistic Vitality

The Somatic Operating System for Clarity and Flow

Stop running on empty. Start generating fuel.

I keep these cohorts intentionally small to ensure a deeply grounded and personalized somatic practice. Join the waitlist to get priority access when the next season opens. I’ll also keep you in the loop with occasional qigong insights in the meantime.

The Problem: The Mind-Body Disconnect

You have the mental clarity and the heart to navigate a complex, meaningful life. But lately, it might feel like your body is struggling to keep the pace.

For years, you likely relied on willpower and adrenaline to bridge the gap between what you needed to do and how much energy you actually had. That wasn’t a mistake—it was how you achieved your life’s successes.

But living in that state of chronic overdoing creates a low-level hum of static in the nervous system. You might feel “tired but wired,” or sense a subtle friction between your mind’s desire to go and your body’s need to pause.

You don’t need more passive rest (checking out). You need active restoration (tuning in).

The Solution: What is Qigong?

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is often misunderstood as just “gentle exercise.”

For the wisdom-seeking achiever, it is a somatic regulation tool. It combines specific movements, breathwork, and intention to:

Flush cortisol and stress hormones from the tissue.

✨ Regulate the nervous system (shifting from Fight/Flight to Rest/Digest).

✨Charge your internal battery so you have sustainable focus without the crash.

It is the physical interface for the BodyMind IntelliSense Transformation System.

Who This Is For

This is not for people looking for a “workout.” This is for:

✨The Seasoned Achiever: You used grit and perfectionism to build your career, but those tools feel heavy in this next chapter. You are ready to trade striving for sufficiency and prioritize your own vitality over external performance.

✨ The Somatic Rebuilder: You have noticed a loss of flexibility, balance, or confidence in your movement (perhaps you can no longer sit cross-legged or are navigating an injury). You want a safe, non-impact way to reconnect with your body’s intelligence and regain your range of motion.

✨ The Spiritual Pragmatist: You want to deepen your connection to spirit, but you need a grounded vessel to hold it. You understand that to access your higher self, you must first inhabit your physical self. You are ready to cultivate your internal energy (qi) as a bridge to intuition, clarity, and the universal flow.

✨ The Wired Professional: You have high EQ and high IQ, but your nervous system is fried. You want to debug your physical stress response so you can stop “buzzing” and start flowing.

The 7-Week Qigong for Holistic Vitality Protocol

The 7-Week Framework

We move through a specific sequence to rebuild your energetic foundation.

✨ Module 1: The Baseline (Proprioception) Stop living entirely in your head. Learn to drop your awareness into your body and sense your current energy levels accurately.

✨ Module 2: Grounding & Stability Techniques to lower your center of gravity—physically and mentally—so you remain unshakable during high-stress moments.

✨ Module 3: Emotional Clearing Emotions are physiological events. Learn to move “stuck” emotional energy (frustration, anxiety) out of the body so it doesn’t accumulate as tension.

✨ Module 4: Active Charging Discover the Inner Generator. Learn specific postures that build and store vitality, rather than just spending it.

✨ Module 5: Clarity & Insight When the nervous system calms, the mind clears. Use the practice to access deep intuition and solve complex problems with less effort.

✨ Module 6: Flow State Harmonize your internal rhythm with your external environment. Move with efficiency rather than resistance.

✨ Module 7: The Daily Framework Build a sustainable 15-minute routine that fits into your morning or evening to maintain your new baseline.

The Hybrid Format

I respect your time. The program is designed for efficiency.

1. The Essential Flow (Weekly Video) Every week, you receive a ~30-minute instructional video. This is your laboratory. Watch it on your schedule, ideally daily, to learn the mechanics of the movements.

2. The Deep Dive (Live Zoom Session) Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM Pacific. We meet live to refine your form and discuss the application of these tools in real life.

Correction/Calibration: I watch your movement and offer adjustments.

Integration: Q&A on how to apply qigong to your specific week’s stressors.

Note: Sessions are recorded if you cannot attend live.

What Students Experience

Thank you. Your playful presence and qigong skills are priceless. When I had a bad chest cold, the symptoms passed more quickly because I activated my qi… I practice what I’ve learned even when I’m not in class. Lorraine B.

This practice has allowed me to move and benefit my body without risking injury since I can always go at my own pace and work within my personal limits. I find qigong to be gentle and very effective for my physical and emotional well-being. Amy lives in alignment with that which she teaches. Heather Scott

Seven weeks ago, my energy felt scattered and buzzy. Now, I feel calm and grounded like a mountain. The shift in my stability is amazing! Even while navigating osteoporosis, qigong helped me build real strength and flexibility. It provided significant rejuvenation. Marianne Green

Enrollment Details

Cultivating Mindful Compassion is available on international retreats, weekend workshops, and multi-week online courses.

Dates: Jan 7 – Feb 18, 2026 (Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM PT)

Investment: $497

Why this investment? You service your car. You upgrade your computer. This is the maintenance plan for your most important asset: your body.

Cohort Dynamics: To ensure robust group energy and high-quality interaction during our live sessions, this program requires a minimum of 4 participants. (In the unlikely event this threshold is not met, I will notify you on January 5th and offer a full and immediate refund.)

Q: I have physical limitations (knees, back, hips). Can I still do this?

A: Absolutely. Unlike yoga or Pilates, qigong is performed standing (or even sitting). There is no getting up and down from the floor. The movements are gentle and designed to add energy to your joints, not tax them. If you can stand or sit comfortably, you can do this practice.

Q: What if I miss a live Wednesday session?

A: I designed this for busy schedules. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded immediately. You will have access to the replays for two weeks after the program ends so that you can catch up on the weekend or whenever your schedule allows.

Q: Do I need any special equipment or a large space?

A: No yoga mats, special clothes, or props are required. You just need enough space to spread your arms wide. You can practice in your living room, your office, or even your kitchen.

Q: Is this a religious practice?

A: No. While qigong has roots in Taoist philosophy, I approach it as a somatic operating system. We’ll focus on the physiology of breath, movement, and nervous system regulation. People of all faiths (and no faith) practice qigong to optimize their physical and mental health.

Q: What happens if the cohort doesn't fill up?

A: Because qigong relies on the collective energy of the group (the qi field) for the live sessions, I require a minimum of 4 students to run the full 7-week experience.

I am currently enrolling for the January cohort. If we don’t hit that “critical mass” number, you receive a full refund. I will confirm the cohort status 48 hours before the start date.
