Prepare for Your Brain-Body Alignment Session
This is a working workshop! We balance powerful, neuroscience-backed coaching with dedicated time for creation and integration on Zoom.
You are paying for the time and coaching to actually start the work—the time you deserve to dedicate to yourself. To maximize your 2 hours, please come prepared with your supplies ready. You may choose one of two paths:
Path 1: The Physical Vision Board (Hands-On)
Workspace: A poster board or a large sheet of paper. Or a dedicated corkboard.
Images: A collection of pre-cut photos, magazine clippings, printed quotes, or drawings that represent your goals, and extra magazines or photos on hand that you can pull from as new ideas arise.
Supplies: Glue, tape, markers, and scissors.
Path 2: The Digital Vision Board (Online)
Digital Workspace: Open a Canva file, Google Doc, or similar space.
Digital Images: Have a folder of downloaded images ready to copy, paste, or upload directly during the session. Or have tabs open where you can grab images.
Technology: Ensure you have Zoom open and your digital workspace open simultaneously.
General workshop flow:
- Show up a few minutes before the hour to get settled in, say hello, and be ready. The workshop starts immediately at the hour.
- 0:00 – 0:30 Welcome, intention setting, and discussion of the reticular activating system.
- 0:30 – 1:15 Creation time with occasional check-ins and guidance.
- 1:15 – 1:40 Q&A, check-ins, sharing, discussion, possibly a bit more creation time.
- 1:40 – 2:00 Final check-ins and a closing guided visualization to help lock in what you’ve learned.
