1. The Daily Micro-Dose (15 minutes or less) Access daily bite-sized video lessons. They are designed to fit into a busy life, disrupting old patterns of force without overwhelming your schedule.

2. The Weekly Alignment (90 Minutes) Every Tuesday from 5:30 – 7:00 PM PT, we meet live on Zoom.

A little bit about me…
Direct. Compassionate. And slightly Muppet-like.
I first discovered Qigong and compassion meditation in the early 1990s. But I didn’t just study it; I tested it. From teaching meditation at Google
I created the BodyMind IntelliSense Transformation System because I saw too many brilliant people burning out. They achieved external success, but lacked the internal structure to sustain it.
When I’m not teaching or leading tours in Patagonia and Scotland, you’ll find me on Samish Island, WA, swinging from trees (literally), or hiking around with my husband, Scott, and our dog, Lily.
